Brain and Spine Problems

Dear doctor Two years back I suffered neck and shoulder pain...it got settled after taking physiotherapy almost 75 % recovered...but still I am experiencing pain in left hand and shoulder ...recently taken MRI also enclosed...now orthopedic Dr advised me to take physiotherapy and I am doing that... But I would like to know whether it's curable with yoga and ayurvedic treatment...pl suggests me ... and does weight loss will help me ...

I was having neck pain severely 2 years back and now almost 75% reduced with the help of physiotherapy.. But 25 % pain in left hand remains as it is...recently taken MRI which says bulging in c4 and c5...again orthopedic Dr advised me to do physiotherapy...I am in marketing and I have to travel ...my question is that ...is it permanently curable with yoga? I am myself feeling inactive and tired... Your suggestions please..

I feel like electric shock in head. I get neck n shoulders pain. If I do excersise for neck pain. I ll be fine. If not the shock n pain persist. Can u suggest whom should I consult for this ?? R should I continue excersise oly

I m suffering from cervical radiculopathy this problem occur in nov 2015 pain start in my left hand ,shoulder, arm and numbness in fingures. then i consult dr.and he told me for mri and given the medicine pregabid me 75 ..flexura d and told for wearing collar in my neck for 20 days...after the course i relief from the pain and feeling comfortable but now last three months this pain occurs in my right hand side i take the same prescription after consulting dr. but m not feeling well ....so please give some advice or consult me h

Hello Doctor, I have had history of lower back problems. With exercise it has been better though. But since almost a week I have been facing the issue of back pain again. And it is a shifting pain. Sometimes it is in the lower back just above the tail bone and it tends to shoot down the legs. Since 2 days the pain has been shifting towards upper back and towards the side as well almost to ribs. I have had voveran tablets and applied volini too but it seems to have little or temporary impact. Kindly advise.

I m feeling too much stressed in these days. Whenever Something came into my mind i become like a mad person. In that condition i won't able to understand anything. The only thing came into my mind is to kill myself and sometimes i became so much angry dont know why but in that anger my face, my head got fully warm and my face became red. I felt so irritating. Now my head is continuously paining. Even i can't comb my hairs because its paining. Plz help me out of this. I m getting mad day by day.

Dear Doctor, My wife having slip disc problem since april-2015, after treatment she feels well with some pain with regular exercises but from last 5-6 days she is feeling numbness in right leg and severe pain in back. We consult to doctor again and they suggest surgery but my family want to take another consultation before surgery.Kindly suggest the treatment as i am attaching MRI scan copy, we can visit your clinic if you seen treatment apart from surgery as this is the last option we would have.

Im having litl right upper back pain since a year. It got severe two days ago. Neurologist did sm blood test, told us ntng bt gave medicines methylprednisolone, ketorolac tromethamine, rabeprazole sodium drugs and gasnul-0 syrup for one week n asked to come back aftr one week. Aftr tht checkup, pain got severe n spreded to left n front also. Diarrhea, hair loss, hearing self eyeblinking sound too.. I cant tell my family before the dctr confirms.. So plz plz help me. Im also suffering from migraine, depression.. Help me doctor..plzz..!

Problem started with tickling in foot and after a year or do when this phenomenon increased we got it checked with the neuro doctor in kota. MRI was done& he diagnosed of few nerves around spine is getting pressure and as adviced operation is only the treatment. Then v consulted another neuro doctor in azamgarh he advised exercise of stressing neck. It worked for few months. Thereafter similar symptoms than he started taking neuro medicines which gave him good sleep and some relief on the earlier problem. Early morning walk continued during the entire period, but as time passed msy be around a year he started loosing slight control and power in his legs and walking distance reduced but continued regularly. Just recently he feels very less power in his one of the legs pls suggest suitably. He is 75 years now 64 kg
