Brain and Spine Problems

I have headache which moves from one side to other and I took PNS xray it showed slight polyp developed in left maxillary, my doctor insisted me for a pns brain scan , if I rotate my head, it appears as some fluids is moving

Constant pain in my neck muscles just behind the right year. I guess because of reading while lying in bed. What should I do?

Even though I am taking medicines gidiness is not reduced though Dr said it is hyper acidty.it will be reduced in 3 to 4 days but this is 4 thday

Hydrocephalus(water like fluid in my Brain) since I was 6months old. Now I am 24 years old. Dr suggested there's no need of any surgery for Hedrocephalus as per MRI investigations. My Question is what kind of problems I face due to Hydrocephalus? Coz from last 6 months there's a pain in my lower back of head only in the night time before sleep. Is it becoz, I am currently on Bipolar medication? from last 7 months. What are the side effects of hydrocephalus?

What is difference between Neurological problem and psychological problem pls make clear. I am suffering from a huge headache in my left side of head previous two years. I'm getting treatment also from a psychiatrist for it since two years but my problem is not solved my problem is psychological or Neurological make it clear pls

I have headache in left side of my head from two years. Taking treatment from psychiatrist and taking medicines provided by that doctor but that is not working I'm still in pain and sad... Headache is only left side of head. It is continuously only sometimes feel gud. All check up ct scan eye check up are normal. No other medical problem. Health nd body is gud. Sleep timing is very late from 12am to 1am but take enough sleep. What is my problem and its solution pls suggest me

Recently, I have under gone a two fit attempts, resulted unconsciousness for few minutes after collapsing. Later I met to Neurologist, he said to do MRI and EEG test, blood test etc. EEG test is ok but MRI shows that there is a small cyst at the margin of cerebellum and pons. Was cyst responsible for fit? Apart from that frequently I am experiencing twitching of my left eyelid, is cyst responsible For the same. Dr. said that after two months (after my exams get over) we can do the operation. Is there any other way to tackle this, and if only operation is solution is it emergency. Sorry for my English. Please advice. Please help
