Brain and Spine Problems

When I woke up in the morning I experienced pain around right eye when blinking the eye.There is some tightness when I blink eye around the eyebrows.When I touch the skin I feel burning sensation.The pain is on right side of face and head.My right side of neck (Base of skull) is also paining.My shoulder is paining.But exactly I cannot figure out where the pain is.Sometime pain spreads to my right head also. What is causing this ?

Sir , My MOM has been affected with aspergillosis fungal infection in brain. We have admitted in star neuro center ,Hyderabad and they were giving amphotericin injections. Is there any other best medication for this fungal infection. I will admit her in your hospital if you siggest

Sir, i am 27 Yrs old male. I am having problem of disc bulge and disc herniation fr last 9-10 months..and am doing treatment fr the same from begining but no permanent solution hs been provided by any docter. Request you to kindly advice about how to treat this permanently as am nt able to sit more than 10-15 min because it start paining in the LS. Please help..is this curable my medicines( as of now, not seen much progress) or it needs to b operated?

She has history of nausea and having pain in hand and leg and headaches from long time due to cold. She had been under any prescription.

Headache due to stress in mind. It happens while bending down, having any kind of mental pressure, lifting heavy weights etc.

MRI: NO SIGNIFICANT BRAIN PARENCHYMAL/STRUCTURAL ABNORMALITY IS SEEN. Neurologically dull,drowsy,cofused,irritable,low verbal output,normal cranial nerve,normal pupilary reaction,tone-normal,power-moving all 4 limbs, DTR+in all 4 limbs with planters equivocal bilaterally with normal sensory and cerebellar system examination. EEG: S/O Generalized fast beta activity. Patient was managed witg I/V fluid,steroid,antiviral,AED,tab. Calcirest max,PPI,multivitamin,and supportive medication were given. No evidence of acute infarct in diffusion weighted images/ADC MAPS. No evidence of neuroparenchymal hemorrhage or ICSOL. No abnormal parenchymal or leptomeningeal enhancement is seen. No significant brain parenchymal/structural ABNORMALITY is seen. Brain stem& both cerebellar hemisphere are unremarkable. No asymmetry seen. no slow wace ABNORMALITY seen. No foacal/generalized epileptiform discharges seen. Background rythm shows Generalized fast beta activity. Brain mapping has also been done
