CERVICODORSAL SPINE: Acute knphosis at CERVICODORSAL junction with collapse of D1 vertebra. Collapsed D1 vertebra reveals alter marrow signal which is hypountense on T1W1 and hyperintense on STIR sequence with vertical fracture in the middle. There is Retrovision of fragments along with epidural soft tissue at this level is causing posterior displacement of the cord and compression on the adjacent dorsal cord. There is mild edema in the adjacent cord at C7-D1 level. Corresponding posterior elements are also involved with minimal pre and paravertebral soft tissue at C7 and D1level. Mild edema in the adjacent C1-D1 disc.

I had been scratched by a stray dog 2 months back. Blood didn't came out. So, I took a tetanus injection and only 3 shots of antirabies vaccine. Is it OK to take only 3 shots after such an exposure? Or I must have taken 5 shots as compulsory? Do I need to worry?? Can the remaining 2 shots be taken now??

I had a severe headache, had vomitting and after vomitting headache increased.BP Remains normal. And when I move my head back,headache started.

Hi my head is swilling suddenly on right side and it's painfully I don't know why can please help me what I need to do

Having complaints of pain over right shoulder and arm since 2 months, numbness over right palm since 15 days.

9 days post MVC, still have N/V, headache left side, blurred vision, unable to answer questions timely and/or appropriately. CT day of accident normal, x rays of c spine normal. Gait unsteady at times. Several visits to family physician with no new orders. Do these symptoms recommend an ER visit for further follow-up? Or just wait it out.

My sister has headache and backbone pain due to which she faints often twice or thrice in a day. When her head ache she shouts and cry loudly. Doctors have performed several tests but every reports are normal. Even MRI reports are normal. But the problem is not solved. Sir, if could figure out the problem please provide your valuable advice. Thank you.
