Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from migraine pains before 15 year , please help any medicine and yoga , I want get right in this problems plz

I have got neck pain since few day which reaches to my left side down to chest and i feel pinching in my heart.

Its been almost 5 years ,, body stiffness from the very begining ,,, was regular in all sports ,,,, now have lower back problem for the last 5 years ,

I've been diagnosed with hla b27 +ive. Long back in 2000 I was having joint pains specially in legs n back. Then in 2006 was diagnosed n found hla b27 to be positive and treated. Since then until now there was no pain but suddenly severe joint pains started after I got sick with double typhoid last two months back. Need to know is there a complete solution/treatment in homeopathy for ankylosing spondilytis.

I have been experiencing pounding or pulsating type sensations in my head it doesn't have any pain but when I bend down then I get upright I have the feeling should I have to worry

I take disprin 2 times a day . Is that okay for my body? Does it have any sort of side effects or not

I have been suffering from back muscle pain since 2 years but was diagnosed by cervical spondylosis very late there is inflammation on back of my neck area like bone is come out it looks I have done my MRI doc said its bone spur muscle spam and ostophytes I want to know what are this condition can it be cured permanently or I have to suffer lifetime pls help as I have been on medication since two no a half years I am so depressed.i have consulted orthopaedic no completed 2-3 months of medicines course no also done physiotherapy it gives relief some days after that same pain occurs.

Hi iam 28m suffring form bone tb from last 10 days iam taking rifampicin 600, ethambutonal 1000 and pyrazinamode 1400mg as sudgested by doctor.my doctor advise m 2month complete bed rest plz sudgest me ho much rest i should taken.and iam also aducted to smoking is there any side effect of smoking while taking these tebs as i was anable to quit smoking plz advise

At present she is admitted. Please suggest how to improve her condition. I shall be very greatest to you. On Thursday she felt some uneasiness and therefore shown at Deepak memorial hospital,karkardooma,delhi. They told that her pulse rate is fluctuating/running very high and they suggested to go to some other hospital. Then she admitted to METRO hospital. Preet Vihar,Delhi. By Friday evening her pulse rates were stabilised(I mean not as high as it was on Thursday) but TLC was still on higher side. Doctor said as TLC will get controlled , he will perform angiography. BUT, on early Saturday morning at around 12:30am doctor noyiced she has got some kind of stroke etc and according to CT SCAN revealed that the bleeding has taken place on the right side of her brain. Then they said the neurologist will come tomorrow at 1;00pm and will guide further as according to them there is no problem due to heart or medication being given. THE NEUROLOGIST ON SATURDAY visited at around 03:00 pm.
