Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having left scapula pain since almost 4-5 yrs now... whenever i visit orthopaedic they handover painkillers and pain gets reduced for sometime but after the dose of medicines get over it starts again. The pain is there 24*7 365 days. Once on doing blood tests a year ago came out that i am having vitamin deficiency d. On taking medications of it, the pain has not gone away. There are times when my left arm and leg are also affected due to it. Kindly let me know what could be the case and solution of it

My father has severe back pain since 6-7 years. he also had a PCA infarction ( posterior cerebral artery ) in april 2016. in that infarction he lost his both eye vision (about 40% vision recovered) . now the back pain is becoming more severe these days ... before 4 months he had a MRI from MAX HEALTH CARE.( I am attaching the MRI report)

In mri test my brother have tuberculosis in brain. He is listening everythng , understanding , but speaking very low. He was addicted to alcohol also. So can you tell me that how much chance is their for him to recover back ?

Yesterday (6 pm)I sustained an injury to my lumbar spine when I hit the corner of a wooden post. The pain was 7/10, but I had no nausea/vomiting, tingling, or loss of movement or feeling. The pain faded within an hour or so, down to a 2 or 3/10. However, my brother pocked me there a few times, and swelling increased and pain increased to 5/10. I applied ice and witchhazel, and took ibuprofen. This helped, pain went down to 4. Today I still have some swelling and pain 3/10, and have been taking ibuprofen, but have trouble finding a comfortable position and still feel discomfort. Should I consult my physician or let it heal on its own?

My Mother feels dizzy when ever she is walking or standing or lifting anything. What shall be my approach on this. Which kind of Doctor shall I consult and if I can get leads on some of the best doctors available in India.

I have been having a pain at the back of my head from past 2-3 Week and the pain occurs in the morning only around between 3:00-6:00 am. I changed my pillow as well but the problem persist still now also.

My grandfather who is 77 yrs old is having a neoplastic brain tumour in his frontal lobe .He also had mild stroke 6 days ago.The size of tumour is 4×4.3 cm (A.P×TRANS)He was suffering from Spondelitis earlier .He is also is suffering from fatigue, frequent memory loss,loss of body balance.Please tell us what to do about it without any operation.

Getting bony kindof painful lump behind the head, near left ear . its not an pimple which isnt visable, its beneath the skin , kindof bone which is very painful. Kinldy assist , is it dangerous. This is the 4th time iam getting , might be once in every 3/4 months

Male - 27, (alcohol and smoking - Occasional) 1. Sharp pain in the upper thoracic / lower cervical region. had it when I woke up in the initial period (2 months back). Now, the pain persists throughout the day. 2. Have a history of on-and-off spinal disc herniation pain. Never cured completely. Now feel pressure on the discs when bending forward. Sometimes becomes too painful even to breath. Recently done a complete heamogram, thyroid-profile & Vit-D hydroxy. Vit-D was at 8.8 ng/ml all other tests withing normal range.
