I am suffering from a strong headache from last night.. It's feel like something is snatching my brain from inside...It,s a strong pain..What should I do now??

there are many over the counter pain relievers that you can use. did you have proper sleep ? did u have any acidity ? we should look for the trigger that caused it and treat the same
