Brain and Spine Problems

I am getting frequent sudden headaches on my right. It is very often and I have already consulted two doctors and one say it's astigmatism but the other says it's migraine. I am also wearing glasses from past 8 years.. my glasses changed to cylinder also. I wear it regularly. But even then I get headache. from last 2 years I have this headache issue. I can't turn right when I get this headache. Is this issue related to my brain or my eyes? Can I know what's the reason behind this? Is it related to the stress levels I undergo?

Hello Doc My mother had undergone craniotomy following TBI after 2 months of craniotomy she has started speaking. On the 2nd to 5th day she said sentences which we spoke last ...then recently she is forming sentences in a unrelated way, whatever word comes to her mind she speaks mixing all those but she is able to say all the weeks, Counting numbers,saying time etc . So which stage of development is this,is it for memory or speech?

I was having twitching and irritation of eyes...when I undergone check up everything was good but b12 was 138.neurologist prescribed me pantocid,rejunex cd3,nexito ls . Can I know why nexito ls is prescribed??

My weight is falling gradually along with weakness , fatigue and loss of appetite. my blood pressure is very low and my diabitic test is negative.
