Brain and Spine Problems

Few days ago I felt like sth was crawling inside my right ear. I tried looking but couldt find anything. When I plug in earphones i feel a little hollowness in right ear, unbearable pain in head at times(that was even before this, eye doc said its because of dry eyes due to my lasik). Today I felt momentary slight pain in right ear n slight numbnes

About a week and a half ago, I broke my left hand falling. This is the 4th time I broke a bone in my hands, 3rd time for this hand. All three times I broke my left hand, it was in a fall, or a collision with a wall (was stupid one my part with the wall). Is this my brain wanting to protect me AND my dominant (right) hand?

There is no back pain only left leg is shivering while sleeping I am feeling good but while walking and sitting could not understand the actual problem (left leg nerve)

I think I m suffering from anxiety but I am not sure of it. Some of the problem which I face is dizziness, always feel dizzy,problem exaggerated in crowded place, often I feel I don't have control over my legs while walking, sometimes while sitting I feel I am oscillating , Some of the doctors said I am suffering from vertigo caused due to anxiety, I m quite apprehensive of what they are saying.
