Brain and Spine Problems

My wife speaks wrong words instead of correct word. Sometimes she uses words that is similar to actual word.

Dear sir/medam I have suffring from headeack from maigrain since 15 years, i have a vist all doctors also neuro doctors, and also use spects and tablets, but headeack is cure, what to do. The pain is start arly morning, How to sun increez, they pain also increez , and eveing to low pain, total not to cure.! My mom has been suffering from burning sensation in both her legs. Upon visiting various doctors we are still unsure the problem she is suffering from. Some say sciatica nerve issue, some say it's vericose veins, some say it's due to the hip replacement surgery that she underwent 5 years back. Could you please be able to verify the exact cause

Hi I got severe muscle cache in lower back 4 weeks ago ,I went for the X-ray its showing only 4 vertibrae and 5 th one is joined with base, doctor told to take complete bed rest for a week as I was unable to move.the doctor also shown some exercises for the strong back but I dint do it regularly..now my problem is I am feeling week lower back, I am unable to do things as I used to do before.. I am feeling tired easily ..I am taking rest after small work..what is the solution for my lower back to be strong? Is there any problem if spine has only 4 vertibrae..

My wife is having swelling in right hand after doing work and later after pressing the hand it becomes normal. She is feeling weakness in her body and her head gets heavy sometimes due to that. Pls suggest the cause of it

Sir, my girl friend has taken contraceptive pill(unwanted 72).on this gone sunday(1/6/17).she has a history of stroke.(she has stroke in 2014 December) And she is taking regular medicine ecosprine and probiotics. although she is fit and fine ( no headache, no bitter mouth taste( she had after taking medicine but now fine)) sir I want to ask is there any possibility of getting her stroke. Dear doctor, My mother is suffering from Parkinson'S Disease from past 4 years. She has undergone a brain surgery in 2012, after which the Parkinson'S Disease signs slowly became visible. Her hand and leg shake continuously and involuntarily. She is taking drugs to reduce these movements. We want your advice on DBS. One should go for it?

I am not having fresh start even after sufficient sleep, I feel headache after I wake up. Even during the day sometime I feel headaches​. I am not sure if I have some issue in my brain or something.
