Brain and Spine Problems

I have been experiencing headache and blackout during exercise. Sometimes I also feel mild neck pain. Is this related to cervical spondylosis

I've got regular backache from last 2 - 3 months with particular pain at lower back and it goes to 1 part of leg also many times, heating pads were minimal relief but need proper therapy or med. Please suggest and also if this needs to be shown to Neuro doctor, regular ortho Or Spine ortho specialist.

23 yr old female that has had a ton of odd and random symptoms the past 10 years. I had anoverdose 3 years ago & don't know if they are connected but some were before my OD.
