Brain and Spine Problems

My father age 73 suffered with some headache and he felt little bulge in the back ahead. If he do some massage or apply pain releaver, he felt good. What might be the root cause and what specialist we need to approach???

I have spinal pain in right leg and hand from last 3days without any reason. I also take some test and found VB12 is less. But the pain is not high. Would like to consult a neurologist or special guidance on it.

X-RAY LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE AP AND LATERAL VIEW Everything came normal in above X-RAY report, EXCEPT below findings. There is loss of lumbar lordosis. L5S1 mild disc space reduction noted. CONCL. L5S1 mild disc space reduction with spasm . Can you explain me the treatment ? Is it something serious issue or small issue? What precautions i need?

I had hematoma surgery in march 2016 I recovered a lot but still have headache problem n feel dizzy n uncontious some time ,faced seviour hiccups problem also which lasted for 10 days, i am on regular medicines taking levipil 750mg twice a day but still not better need further advice

We discussed with doctor who has given pain relief drug he is takinf medicines from last two month but no relief n now he is not able to walk .
