Brain and Spine Problems

After Accident unconscious last 14 hours doctor say not in condition to operate what os treatment i follow please suggest

I am feeling head spinning when I use to turn my head quickly in any directions.it is happening from 2-3 days .I am feeling tiredness in right leg

I have problem of headache on every first working day(monday) of week, It starts from head and gone to one of the eye from two and it is so harsh that if i see some light (like head light of bus) directly it cause so much pain and it will be cured only if i will take a calm sleep of 1 or 1/2 an hour, it mostly happen on first working day. I work on computer for a full day(9 hours job).

I was diagnosed with ms last may. Since then I am taking interferon . on the pack it is mentioned to keep it between 2-8°c. Recently when checked the fridge temp subzero few times and few times it went >9°c. Suppliers are telling to throw it. As I am currently jobless it is tough for me to throw such costly medicine. Please answer what will happen if I take such inteferon. Thank you

So i accidentially hit a pole with my area behind my right ear.There is a lump on the bone and some inner ear pain.Did'nt have concussion or anything else should i visit a hospital worried about blood clot in brain.
