Doctors are recommending a surgery. But what are the pros n cons of a surgery?N what if bleeding occurs again post surgery due to the effect of actilyse injection?What will be the consequences?And what are the other options available?can this problem be cured without surgery? Patient with ICD in heart, operated three years back. Clot in heart again

Is it post thrombolysis bleed? Decompressive hemicramiectomy may be life saving in some situations, however considering ICD and heart clot prognosis remains guarded.
