When i go down neck is tinnitus in my right thigh with the stretch behid me

I have been continuously in depression for around 1year. The symptoms of depression are correct with my state of mind.I also take pills for 2 months and I have also been faced with my own violence anger.

Im having a pain on the left of head. If I turn my head right I'll feel the pain and if I sleep towards left side pain increases. This all started started when I had a massage and got my head turned. I had taken few medicines from the doctors but nothing worked. Tell me what to do? Thanks

I have ringing in my right ear with pressure on right lower bottom of the back of my head tingling on right hand and right side of face

I am having continuous headache since last Tuesday 12 Dec. I am a Migraine patient and on all the scans were normal when conducted in Mar 17. It seems to be a tension headache but not going with dolo 650/ naproxen/ Ultracet. Can I try some Muscle relaxant for this one time?

My grandfather his age is 82 years he faces problem In his right leg muscles.

My memory is getting worse day after day. I had a very sharp mind but now I cannot read because I cannot memorize it and I get headache.

While doing morning walk/running and while doing exercise in gym, I feel like darkness in front of eyes and kind of dizziness for 1-2 seconds. I find difficult to concentrate on things during this time. I face the same problem even in driving also. Even I have tested B12 level and it was fine. Please suggest if it is severe problem or normal.

I am suffering from headache since childhood. In initial days, i got relax by sleeping & then later on I needed to take Disprin or any paracetamol tablet to get relief. At the age of 27, I started to take Vasograin and the frequency of this headache is once in 10 days. Neurosurgeon did come tests and then told its due to low blood flow in head. His medicines continued for 6 months. This all happened when I was of 28 yr old. Now, My age is 34 & still on Vasograin. Suggest remedy for my headache?
