Burning in the feet associated with numbness.problem started 3 years back in a small way in the left foot and now both feet are affected.burning persists throughout the day with a slight respite during the sleep.I am non diabetic and having bp of 150/90.I don't have any heart, kidney, liver related problems.Burning of the feet increases while walking.It gives a little comfort when feet is dipped in water for sometime. CT PERIPHERAL ANGIOGRAPHY and EMNG Report have been attached for reference.

Dear sir, I have pain in left side of brain with sometimes nausea. It mainly happens when I think about any thing very deeply or when I have high blood pressure. I am high blood pressure and little diabetic patient. My CT scan report is as follows : multiple old heald calcified granuloma B/L high parietal region involving falx. I am anxious about it. I have been suffering from this problem since two years I have a high BP problem. I get strange Pain/ numbness and throbbing in my calf area especially at night while I sleep. This causes restlessness and lack of sleep. The problem starts when I am in a state of rest and gives me a feeling to constantly move.

MRI Brain results: Left frontal deep while matter adjacent to and inferior to the left frontal horn shows a nodular focus of 7x5 mm, appearing hyperintense on T1, T2, FLAIR and hypointense on GRE. Peripheral hypointense rim may be secondary to hemosiderin. No restricted diffusion. Complementary CT shows hyperdense rim No associated edema, gilosis or mass effect. Rest of the brain parenchyma is normal; posterior fossa, brain stem is unremarkable.

I get sudden panic attack and constant anxiety when I am in office or outside my home.

Diagnostic nack bone some bend  and C.T. Scans normal than head pain and another neuro physician treatment Priscribed few medicine are 1. Optineuron forte OD 2.calcirol 1G sachet per week 3.tryptomer 10mg half OD in night
