Dizziness - at night
Hi doctor! I’m feeling dizzy when at night I go for sleep. I also get strokes in the middle of the day. It feels for 1or 2sec my bp is normal. Kindly suggest

kindly do CT or MRI if no bleed then start Tab ecosprin and cholesterol lowering drugs
