Brain and Spine Problems

Severe migraine.. please suggest a good doctor between Borivali- Andheri Headache is very severe and no medicines are showing any results

My father feels a constant faint sound(similar to the sound which we hear at a lonely place at a night) inside the head, after consulting the doctor he has been prescribed Emidas tablet but that did not seem to cure the problem. Please help

I have seizures in my left leg and prolonged period of walking inflicts pulsating pain at foot and along the leg. I can't stretch it in certain way as it will automatically get in seizure state at foot after which I'll have to stand my whole body on that feet to remove it. My left food doesn't bend upward towards the knee so I can't possibly sit on it. I have also a feeling that my spine is dislocated a bit and I believe this injury I have inflicted when I was a child. I am 24 now.

My brother recently had a second time stroke, ischemic stroke. This time it is right MCA Infarct,the right internal carotid artery is 90% blocked and in 2013 the first stroke causes 100% blockage of left internal carotid artery. Is there any chances or the best way to have thrombectomy??

My stomach heve been trouble anytime since from 2 years but not pain.And gas problem always. I visited doctor and taken neuro medicine. But when i stop medicine the problem come again. My tongue and head also problem.

My daughter(5 year old, After 07th Dec., 2017) can't respond properly. Sometimes she replies, after that continues repeating the same. We are getting frightened that she is suffering with ADHD or AUTISM. We can't understand the problem and we are confused with the opinions from doctors we met earlier. Kindly Suggest something.

My Dad (56) suffered a severe left-brain Ischemic stroke in Jan, from narrowing of a Carotid Artery. We were told he would never walk, talk or do anything for himself but he has made a great recovery. His mobility is back to normal but he has severe aphasia post-stroke seizures. He has been in really bad pain with lower back, right arm & leg for 5 weeks now and he seems weak (like the early days of his recovery) other than Paracetamol what else can we try? And is this stroke/recovery related?

I have been having headache since 1-2 weeks i took medicines but still woke up with same headache . At morning i woke up and after 20-30 min headache starts it lasts a day until i sleep. I am a student and i have exams in 2 months i m not able to concentrate on my studies. i feel like my mind is jammed . please help me and suggest what should i do. My day starts with an headache at afternoon when i sleep the headache is gone but i cant sleep at afternoon because so much time is waste .
