I am suffering from severe headache and at that time can not even sleep after taking Saridon. Day after yesterday i went to ILS Nagerbazar emergency for treatment. Which specialist i need to consult with? Pls help

One day when I am writing my exam suddenly there was a severe headache and my right side of my body fell numb from head to toe l couldn't speak write or walk what might be the problem and which doctor should I visit.

I had a panic attack last time and I don't know what to do, so I just went to the bathroom and cried. Sometimes I feel nervous because of nothing.
