Brain and Spine Problems

Mild asymmetrical right paracentral disc bulge seen at c3-c4 and left paracentral disc bulge is seen at c5-c6 causing stretching of pll and indentation of anterior thecal sac

I dropped something delicate. i turned to put it down but dropped it instead without realising. that part is completely blank. i was surprised when told i dropped it, have no recollection of the few seconds after turning to put it down. this scares me & feels wrong. I have many headaches & also had short sharp earpain, my Dr thinks its stress. I had lacunar infarct in left basal ganglia early lastyear. I forget words &say wrong words too but know it when I do,I have no recollection what ocurred
