Iam suffering with back pain,I got diagnosed with CRP-18 my/L,and HLA B27-POSITIVE,AND ESR-32 in my blood test, please let me my health condition, what happened to me

you are suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis i.e stiff and rigid spine hence nerve compression and pain
