Iam suffering with back pain,I got diagnosed with CRP-18 my/L,and HLA B27-POSITIVE,AND ESR-32 in my blood test, please let me my health condition, what happened to me

Sir for the past 5-6 years I am experiencing compulsive disorders. I was trying to treat it myself as I thought it was OCD. But recently I have came to know that mercury poisoning can have similar effects. Can you advice me of further treatment?

I dropped something delicate. i turned to put it down but dropped it instead without realising. that part is completely blank. i was surprised when told i dropped it, have no recollection of the few seconds after turning to put it down. this scares me & feels wrong. I have many headaches & also had short sharp earpain, my Dr thinks its stress. I had lacunar infarct in left basal ganglia early lastyear.
