Continuous headache
Dear doctor
I have been experiencing a headache for almost 4 months it's accompanied by painful eyes and ears the pains are sort of neuropathic pains.I have been to a doctor she gave me some synaleve.the headache stopped for some while.and now the same problem started again these time my cerebral and spinal cord are painful too.what could be the cause and cue

Get neurologist opinion cause of secondary headache need to consider.
It is not a neuropathic pain.
