Brain and Spine Problems

I am feeling continuous Dizziness. Whom should I contact Neorologist or ENT Dr?

I was hit about 3 weeks ago playing professional basketball in Finland. i experienced a lot of symptoms such as dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea, mood swings, neck pains, cant sleep, etc. I am still experiencing some of these things and I don't know what to do.

Suffering from weaknesses of limbs and recurrent falls. Unable to walk or use right hand and leg. Generalised pain. Vertigo. Hand and leg suddenly stopping to work. These complaints started since 2 months. Had a history of stroke 4 yrs back. Till then patient was better and was doing his own work himself. Blood pressure fluctuating. Either high or low. Blood sugar is slightly high but under control.

I have headache last 2 year, headache occur within a 5 or 6 day . Headache not stop after taking a medicine

I keep flickering my eyes.. No matter how much I want to control. The problem increases when I am under stress.

I suddenly found a swelling or lump on my left side of head. I do remember this may be due to a long due head injury. But since I am having headache it is driving me crazy that it is due to brain tumor. Please please help me out as m out of sleep. Can you have a swelling or lump which may not be a tumor ?? Thanks

I am smelling smells that arnt there and having small muscle spasms. I get a headache about every 3 weeks that last about a day each

Headache once in week continuously since last 1year. and the headache comes on the right side only.

For as long as i can remember ive always had migraines im a 22 year old woman who experiences around 3 migraines a week so about 12 per month they come in all different forms sometimes its on one side of my brain (left or right) other times its on all four sides of my cranuim other times its in the back of my head , they make me dizzy and also sometimes they make me nauseous. I drink about 1-2 water bottles a day.

Headache for past few days..Pain on right backside of the head.need a solution.
