Brain and Spine Problems

Severe headache in left side of my brain in the night , i am not able to sleep

I dont have any kind of illness.But i feel lack of strength and shivering in my index finger.I game a lot.Is it because of repeatedly clicking the mouse? What can i do to get normal.

I have uploaded my MRI report how will I get permanent relief of sciatica pain and anklylosing spondlysis .pls advice

I took too many muscle relaxers last night when I tried to wake up and get ready for ge day I fell down and hit my head hard then when I tried to get up I feel back again and slammed my head on the floor once again finally I was able to get up but my ears were ringing and I felt very unstable. I drank an energy drink to wake up then later in the day my mind would go completely blank if I close my eyes I see images I can’t focus

Due to a accidental injury near the head ,left side of the temple region is bulging , all though all that bruises on face as healed , a slight pimple like bulge is not healing , its almost 2 months , even ct scan showed no results

I've been having continuous headache since 10 days and pain behind my ear, and I have severe pain when my head shakes or when my head is pressed while sleeping. And I am having little bit of tension for some reason. Please tell me what am I suffering from? I am really tensed

Every once in a while I will get deja vú, however whenever it happens, it’s accompanied by dizziness, nausea, and sometimes followed by a headache at the base of my skull in the back. I can’t think of any common factors that could contribute. The symptoms last quite a while after an episode. I can’t even predict when it will happen. I sometimes go years without a spell, whereas I have had a spell once a day for the past 3 days.

Whenever i board a cab or in the cab, i feel like the vomit is to come, dizziness and nausea and a severe headache. Is this motion sickness or something else.

While playing one of my friend crashed hard on his back side head and he got unconsious after sprinkling water on his face he got ihto senses after 15 mins . He feeling neck pain and bit loss of memory ! Is it severe ? Help please asap
