Brain and Spine Problems

I forget suddenly some name and word and after sometime i recall or remember that name or word, i am not able to concentrate with consistant mind for read.

Back pain due to slip disc in l4,l5. Pain in right leg, sciatica kind of. Sometimes difficult to walk

I've been having severe migraine pain from last 10 days on left and right side of head.i have taken pain killers for temporary basis.

My daughter having optic nerve glioma vp shunt done to release the pressure pls tell me vp shunt to be required on optic nerve glioma

I am suffering from sciatica pain after consulting a doctor and checkup (MRI) it was found disk herniation at my L5 S1 back. doctor suggested me for surgery but i and mt family dosen't want surgery. i want to ask that is there any other way to cure this prob.

Hit my head on the ground front on on Sunday, since then have been experiencing vertigo like symptoms - disoriented, dizziness, headaches, nausea, unsteadiness, tiredness. I cannot move my head in any direction quickly without nearly falling over. Feels as though someone is5 moving the ground from under my feet, room feels as if it is spinning when my eyes are closed. Get hypertension each time i stand up, sometimes resulting in falling over or body starts convulsing on the odd occassion

I went to kerela for 5 days on 3rd day at morning 4 am it's very cold outside at that time my hand strucked at the car door and I got severe pain due to cold at the same time i got very mild seizure and that is the first time.is it serious
