Brain and Spine Problems

I fell down from bike last 15 day back that time I have 2 bumps on my head right side . After 10 days its came to normal but small bumps are there and its paining when I toched that . That time onwards little bit headache also there. which doctor I have to contact for this ?

I hear sound whenever sit or stand in ears. Pls help. It lasts for seconds and again after some times it comes .

My hands trembles sometimes and I'm only 15. Sometimes I can feel the trembles and sometimes it stopped.

Hi i have it my head on the top pretty hard. i have a little bump but no severe headache. i have applied some ice and other than that i dont seem to have any symptoms of a concussion. is it safe for me to go to sleep.

For almost two months, I have had migraines, weakness, pins, and needles or numbness/tingling. The pain is so bad everywhere. from my stomach to my neck. also, I get these really really bad shocks in my neck. like a rubber band broke in my neck and created a spark. the tinglings and all that is usually in my hands, feet, and face, but sometimes it is in my whole body and I feel as if I cannot move. please help

I have a bulging disc l4 l5 s1 area in right side and when I felt current passing pain while sleeping or walking or sneezing in the right side of leg but now the pain is in my left leg same area and the major problem is that now the pain in my left leg front thigh while I am walking I realise the pain in my thigh joints like current passing can you suggest for this what is the pain related deases

Hello sir i was collide with iron pillar unfortunately . And there was pain in head for some time . But after some time i have problem in vision . And head have no wound but it look like that it have deform that place.. and there is trouble in sleeping

I am having neck pain on left side just under the skull. For past 1.5 yrs I am having this pain not severe though just mild pain. When I am trying to rotate my head to little bit more to the left , I feel mild pain . Due to bad sleeping posture my neck got strained . That time when I got this pain , I heard a cracking sound from my neck . I tried normal stretching and rotating exercises . But still that mild pain persists. Any suggestion ?

I feel light headed sometimes all of a sudden and a bit dizziness snf anxiety comes along with it .
