Is cold sweating in winter related to Epilepsy ? I am on medication for epilepsy 1550 mg KEPRA every day (3timesx500mg)

I have weakness in one hand and leg tingling sensation (pins and needle)in hand and legs whenever I fold my hand and legs .Dizziness in head very very weak concentration and weak short term memory some time I have tight muscles.
