Brain and Spine Problems

My son-inlaw is suffering this problem, Mild concentricD6-7disc bulg with posterecentral Protussion mildly intending ventral thecal sac

Dear Sir, I want to improve my nervous system. My hand is vibration during work.

I've frontal lobe headache, my eyes hurt and I feel dizzy while focusing on some task like studying or reading. It doesn't go even while sleeping.

Is nervijen plus injection given for B12 deficiency. Docter prescribed this injection for low level B12 which is 270.

I have headache from last 2-3 days . Sometimes only foreheads pain's and some time whole head pain's and i have pain in my throat too.

Clumsiness and frequent urination is something I’ve noticed recently, a bit of forgetfulness, I’ve had numbness in my hand (usually right but sometimes left) when waking up which goes away with a bit of movement afterwards. Slight back pain when standing forward for long periods of time (e.g cooking, leaning forward for washing dishes etc) however I am overweight. I’m 21 and have experienced anxiety and depression in the past.

I have been having heavy head which causes headache..It's really hard and annoying

There is a severe pain in the finger (index;left hand)with tingling and burning sensation on the skin. Tough all fingers are individually foldable but index finger cannot be folded after an extent. Also can't close the whole fist. There is no problem lemme with the he wrist tough. The pain is very severe.

I’ve been having this headache for three consecutive days. My head ache so bad that I can’t stand it. I’ve loss my appetite too because of this. It start from one certain part the eventually my whole head aches

I was injured in train a year was 2013. I fall with my head and I hit down with the back of my head, since then I lost a sense of smell and sense of taste it’s been 5 years now I cannot recover my smell only tast came back. What can I do to recover my smell? because it’s seems like South African public hospital doctors fail to help me.
