Head Stroke patient
Hello,
There is a male 70 year old who suffered a head stroke caused right side paralysis one year ago.
1. He has developed perhaps a bacterial fungal infection on the tongue. It persists since we used drop on the tongue and wont heal. What would be a good herbal or good solution to heal this properly. Please advise.
2. Also, please advise of health/ recovery solutions. What cures are available to heal/recover movement. No clear speech but mind is stable and clear. Please help.

Consult ENT and plastic surgeon for ulcer.
Speech will not improve much but weakness may improve with physiotherapy.
