Its actually about my bestie. she is a girl so she was shy to ask this to her doc. Last year she had an accident that cause her damage in her head . after MRI nd other tests it showed up to be a blood vessel is partially blocked due to that accident. now doc's says that she have to take medicine for 6 month and there are 60-40% chances that either she would get completly fine or the have to do surgery and in worst case that blood veseel can explode.... As a teen she want to can she masturbate..
