Brain and Spine Problems

I don't have any history of headache but suddenly from tomorrow morning I am having severe headache on the sides the intensity of pain is more in the morning and the pain gradually decrease as the day passes. I am also having nasal congestion along with this. I am also having irritation from sound and bright light. Suggest me what should I do?

I am a 24 yr old female. I have been having some issues wirhth throbbing/pounding/ intense migraines at thw base of my skull in the back. I can take 2 400 mg apo ibuprofen with 3 pills 500 mg of acetaminophen and sometimes just 3 pills of teva naproxen. And it won't touch it at all. This has been happening for like 5 yrs. I have to lay down face down in a dark room no sound no light. Is therr anything i can do?? It mainly happens at night

I've been suffering from headache from past five weeks.... I have photo sensitivity and smell sensitivity. When I get negative vibes I get frustrated. I can't cope up to do things which gets me offended. I feel very much stressed. I'm a night owl. People say not to take frequent bath. Please suggest me some measures!!!

For couple of days, I have having this deep and constant headache over my left eye brow  Also, feel the strain in my left eye. I went to an ENT n informed that sinusitis is not the reason but possibly symptoms of migraine or cluster headache. Also, asked to get an eye check done for glaucoma due to parental history. I am been given Naxdom 500 as SOS. Any recommendations other than the pain killers.
