How many days it will take to recover from chronic SDH surgery?? Is there any side effects happens post surgery?

I hit my head when I fell back flat onto the floor of my house, slipped on my socks on the wooden floor , it fekt like a hard hit and I became dizzy I started having a headache the day after and had some wine but started throwing up, my husband brought me home and today I threw up again in the evening, my head still hurts and I feel a lot of pressure on the left side of my head and I can’t move around too much or I feel nauseous,

Three months back I met with an accident and fallen from bike myfriend n family members taken me to hospital they taken ctscan and given me some medicines they admitted me on 12th December and discharged me on 18th December they said to my family members it's not severe just a little mild shake of brain he will be get well soon they don't have to worry they written on report card diffuse axonal injury.and they said to take levipil 500mg for one year and just for precaution from seizures

Some years back I was told I have vertigo basis the symptoms. I get these attacks at times. Any movement of the head make me feel as if the whole surrounding around me is revolving and when I start to walk my body is dragged to the right side. For the last 15 days my head is spinning with any head movement while lying down or getting up. I took vertigon on a doctor's advise but it didn't work.
