Brain and Spine Problems

Hey...my friend feels severe headache sometimes and pain above eyes.it is very painful.he is suffering from this for last 4-5 years. The pain reduces after taking medicines like nise n etc. what is he suffering from?

1)Straightening of the cervical spine with mild scoliosis of lower cervical and upper dorsal spine convex to the right. 2)Cervical vertebrae are of normal height. 3)Early cervical spondylotic changes from C4 to C6 vertebral levels with marginal end plate osteophytes. Mild reduction in the intervertebral disc height at CS-6 4)Minimal cervical spondylotic and disc degeneration uncovertebral osteophytosis and posterior facetopathy most prominent at C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 levels. 5)At C4-5 and C5-6 intervertebral level mild posterior central & paracentral disc protrusion indenting the ventral thecal sac and anterior surface of spinal cord without significant neural compression. 6)Cervical cord of normal MR Signal intensity. 7)The atlas and axial are normal with no atlantoaxial subluxation 8)No soft tissue prevertebral / paravertebral collection is seen.

My father underwent cranioplasty on 17 th January 2018 on both sides of head, after decompressive craniotomy on December, he is still having swelling between the skin and bone in one side of head, sometimes it leaks and it heals, then again after few days its swelling, is it dangerous?

My MRI report says that my posterior disc bulge and thecal space indentation noted in C4 to C7 level . What is the effect about the report in my life?what is the remedy ?

My nephew has ingestes phenitoin ( eptoin ) and was taken to hospital immedietly .after stomach wash and under observation for 2 days ..he was discharged .he is awake and talking but very weak and also not able to. Walk . His vitals were normal under observation . His phentoin serum level was 40 ( microgram/dl) . What should we do ?

After heart attack my friend's mother was hospitalized and she undergone various tests. CT scan of head shows attached report and doctors are advising urgent surgery. Need opinion on surgery decision?

My dad having nervous problem with lead to right hand shaking always without rest but sometimes doesn't shake what kind of problem that is what kind remedies will take for reducing this action

I am waking up in the middle of night with a severe headache almost every other night. Even when i was a kid like since like 15 years of age if i get a headache it would be so severe like unbearable. Now added to it i am observing a little blurred vision even with my prescription glasses. I am sure that there is no change in my eye sight. Can someone suggest me what can i do.

My friend is having an issue wherein all of sudden there is electric shock going down her right leg which causes lot of pain. I think its because of some nerves, any advice would be greatly appreciated..

I have Left side muscles fatigue,pain,tingling since from past 6 months ... can you suggest which Doctor I should consult .. neurologist is ok ?
