Brain and Spine Problems

Everyone Month my mother is suffering with cervical spondylitis. She is having vertigo. When ever this problem occurs, we are giving her vertizac tablet. Even after taking this tablet, her problem persists. Whats the reason behind this problem???

I took ct scan brain and sinus. sinus impression: minimal mucosal thickening in the left maxillary and bilateral ethmoidal sinus. soft tissue is seen obstructing the bilateral infundibula. Nasal septum deviates to the left with a bony spur mildly indenting the left inferior turbinate. hypertrophic bilateral inferior turbinates. bony septum in the bilateral maxillary sinus. Bilateral chronic mastoiditis.

Hi sir , In my 12 year female children done MRI brain SCAN. Result given : Small T1 hypointense and t2 hypointense lesion measuring 6X7 mm with minimal perilesional oedema visualized in right occipital lobe. Focal pin head likeT2 hypointense focus visualized with in lesion. Kindly what the solutions and suggest dr ?
