Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I am 15 years old and I have been suffering with really bad anxiety. My symptoms at first was have really bad anxiety attacks, mostly at nights. But than I have been having more weird symptoms and I feel like I'm the only one with these kinds of symptoms. my first anxiety attack was odd. I am suffering from headache twice or thrice in a every week since last 7-8 years. sometimes it becomes so painful then i use to eat medicine but sometimes i left it and go for a sleep because i do not making a habit of taking medicine for my headache.

What precaution should take to reduce granuloma in brain in left frontal region

Something interesting has happened to me since I was a child. From time to time I feel what feels like an electric shock just jolt through my body. Sometimes I sense it coming and I will it under control and just let it course through my body. But sometimes I'm distracted and don't see it coming. It's could be serious. You'd actually think I got a shock. I've spoken to various doctors about it. No one seems to know what it is.

Neurologist suggested we do an MRI, though when he was born his ultrasound of spine was done which was normal. But as my son is 2 year old with global developmental delays, neuro asked for MRI. Do you think it could be teethering or Spina bifida? He walks and stands with support, doesn't crawl. Sit independently. What are the symptoms of teethering and Spina bifida which I should have observed in my son?
