Degenerative changes and buldge disc pro

I have mild disc buldge in ls spine. l4- 5 degenerative changes. both my legs are swollen .i have taken gabapentin 300 mg for 3 months and then stop. now i feel tingling and numbness in my legs again .what i will do

I think u have to start ur Gabapentin or pregabalin plus methylcobalamine medication.. tingling and numbness in legs are common in PIVD OR LUMBAR SPONDYLITIS... U should go for Physiotherapy, that will help you a lot
