My Mri report said i have small lacunar infarct in bilateral fronto- parietal lobe what does it mean is it anything to worry about, what is the treatment ?

Few weeks ago, my mother got hospitalised. It was discovered that her sodium level was too low. she got discharged and now recovering. She now sometimes talk things which doesn't make any sense. L learnt that low sodium level will have impact on the brain. Confusions and disorientation can result. Ok please confirm is it right? Also suggest what kind of doctor we see, neurologist or psychiatrist or an other kind of doctors. Please help

I m suffering with high b.p.and always feel lethargic, tired with frequent headaches and bodyaches.i am a obese person.i know i take stress a lot...as i m oversensitive...also having gastritis problem..i have to take frequent meals to avoid it.otherwise it causes a lot of problem due to empty stomach...everyday i wake with the feeling of drowsiness, heavy head and want to sleep more and more...but i cant sleep early in the nights...Pls suggest me what should i do have a normal life.

Hi, I have acute pain in legs below the knees since last 15-20 days, also my feets are very hot and i have a tingling feeling in my legs. I have this problem since past many years but it has increased since last 1 month. I feel a lot of weeknes in my legs. I cant stand much for a very long time. Hi doctor, My father is taking treatment for Parkinson in other clinic for last 1.5 year. Taking medication daily without fail. He is suffering with very high burning sensation and numbness in legs. We are not seeing any recovery though we are using all medication.. Syndopa 110 Pacitane Pregaba nt Jointrich Can we get some help.

My husband has b12 deficiency and recently taken medicines and injection. Recently medicines over so we have stopped supplements. Today 20may we have taken the b12 test. Test showing that >1500 but no units mentioned. Can u please tell me what does it mean whether he have deficiency or not

Hi Doctor, I have a problem of shaky hands from my childhood especially while doing public writing, taking a food in spoon, taking a coffee mug etc., My right hand is too shaky compared with left. Sometimes my head is also pitching a little. My father had a tremors in his childhood. What could be the cause of this issue and how can I get the diagnosis ?
