My brother have blood clot near left side ear small point is there as in ct scan .he do very well positions to talking..eating all are normal so the accident was one week gone.so suggested for treatment sir surgery required...

My father is suffering from Parkinson disease since last 2years.He is not able to walk and talk.Please sir tell me what can be done.
