Brain and Spine Problems

Heaving severe headache regularly. its been 5 days now. feeling bit depressed

I had 2 attacks of optical neuritis now doctor put me on azathioprine 50 2 tab per day ,one tab evion ,1 tab. D Rise 2000 and 1 tab Benfomat forte per day now I have neck pain and little pain right wrist please tell me is it that related to my problem

Sivyer one side head ache due to that vomiting sensation since 4 days Any issue is there nd am suffering very pain in my head wt happens i don't know

I feel cold sensation in left side brain Feel Face This Problem Many Time I need help

It's been more than couple of years now over been facing this problem. It come and goes. I'd been told before that fatigue, less sleep, stress and more caffeine are some of the symptoms. Also B12 deficiency sometimes could be the reason - General Practitioners in India said. Essentially, it cured for a while when I took B12 injection. My right eye used to tweak before, now both. It was minor tweak at the tip of the eyes before, I feel it is more severe than it used to be. I need expert neurologist (or someone who is aware with nerves and stuff) advice on this. Please advice what would be the problem other than fatigue, sleeplessness or more caffeine intake. I simply want to get it cured medically. Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

Sivyer head ache inculde vomiting sensation I feeling uncomfortable any body is talking with me I don't have patience to talk vth them I feel better to be alone

My jijaji has devloped sudden onset double vision 2 days back.. Associated with headache.Double vision devloped after watching movie in Theatre at that time severe headache occured. But now headache is improved but double vision persist. It is monocular type of double vision. After that he is done with MRI,MR venography and eye examination, both were normal. He has hypothyroidism, taking eltroxin. His current BP was 130/90. His father died with Multiple sclerosis. What should we do now.. We are very tensed about multioke sclerosis. Please help
