Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from migraine headache for 5 years. I can't see even normal lights and PC MONITOR and Mobile screens. I have consulted many doctors but not cured. Please suggest me good medicines

I am suffering from back pain that moves around my back since a month. Initially the pain was sharp but then it reduced and has been constant since a couple weeks. I had something similar 7 years back when the pain stayed for a couple years. But then a neurosurgeon treated me completely. And I didnt have any pain for 5 years. The pain is usually in my lower back. But sometimes moves up to my cervical area and neck. When it moves up, the pain in lower back reduces by plenty. But the neck region hurts. How can this be treated?

I have what i think is a slight protrusion above & in front of my left ear, although others who touch it say they cannot feel it, when i press on this spot i get a headache towards the back of my head and sometimes feel dizzy and/or nauseous, i have had a serious problem with memory for a couple years, a possible seizure about 9 months ago, and occasionally will see little spots floating in my peripherals after moving too quickly or exercising

I have been feeling giddy almost all the day since last one year. After a lot of medication got little relief but whenever I am under a little bit of pressure my giddiness resumes. It's frustrating. Need help. Present medicines are pexidep CR 12.25,betacap TR40, folvite.
