Brain and Spine Problems

I've been having a sudden pulling painful severe sensation in my brain for about 7 to 8 years. It occurs for a second(very much painful) and then its gone. I am not able to discover the real problem that whether it is a serious disease or something else. I am only 21 years old, really worried what to do. I'll be really grateful for anybody providing me with the right guidance.

4 years back I suffered Guillaume barre syndrome . Is any chance of suffering second time ? What care I should take . Is mastrubation cause of gbs?

Vitamin D & B12 deficiency with loss of cervical lordosis and muscular spasms. I have pain at multiple places including ribs, back,left side face, jaw, chest and collarbone. My eyes are puffy and I can't chew chewy food for long. I feel swelling in the left side of my face, neck, shoulder and chest.

I have attacked with bellspalsy 2 years ago, and I have recovered 80% , from 2 to 3 days iam felling slightly numbness on the side of bells palsy attacked could you suggest me with the solution and also could you suggest me with the type of food i should intake and to avoid.

I am suffering with severe headache and in the morning above eyes skin loosing/swelling . what these symptoms causes ?

I have been having recurring headache for past 4 months. It has been continuing for past 15 days at a stretch. It's a pulling type headache mainly from front portion to center of the head. These headaches are the worst in the mornings after sleep. This headache just never seems to go away. The intensity just varies a lot. It is always present.

Half of my face is not reacting. After 5 days of my delivery i faced dis problem docter prescribed steroids for 10 days nd physiotherapy is going on

Lesion is infratentorial in midline and on right side.It is located just posterior to mid brain tectal plate with mild mass effect. Posterior fossa midline Right paramedian mass as described above - Germinoma/Meningioma.

Pain started 40 years back. It was relieved by single dose of alprazolam 25 mg for around one week. After about 25 years the said medicine is not giving relief. By chance Buprion 150 was prescribed. It worked after few days. Now also working but not permanently. What should I do?
