Brain and Spine Problems

I am working in hotel. When i finish my work and rest some hour and then stand up and feeling pain in the back side of knee and the some times run heel to back side of whole leg

I have had a lipodermoid cyst in the outer corner of my eye all my life. Recently it has been growing significantly and i have been experiencing other symptoms such as dizziness, posterior nose bleeds which i never had before and confusion. My question is, could my benign tumor have spread to my brain?

About 3 weeks ago, I was injured in a bicycle accident-in which I smacked my head on the pavement, resulting in a large knot on my left temple. In time-with using ice -the knot and the headace went away. Until this past Tuesday-when I got into another accident on my bicycle, and again I hit my head-in the exact same spot-and now I again have a knot, except it is a lot bigger than the last one was. Will treating it with ice be sufficient, or should I go to the hospital?

Babys age 07. Month old boy Fall down on head yesterday.. he was consious and active but vomitted morenthen 4 or 5 times took mri scan it shows thin hamorrage along the posterior interhemispheric fissure. Need opinion on this and also what is the treatment for this
