Brain and Spine Problems

I am feeling a dull Headache continuesly on left side which some times goes to shoulder , hand and leg as well. Something like tingling and numbness however no issue in function of hand and leg. I had been diagnosed with sinus as well.

6 days ago I slipped and hit my head on a concrete block. It was a pretty hard fall. I had a bad headache & a pretty big knot pop up. Neither has gone away and now I am experiencing quite a bit of dizziness, light-headed and tingling. I have recently started a new job and am in between insurance providers so I didn't want to overreact and go to the ER unless absolutely necessary. I had a concussion several years ago and was just given pain meds. Is this likely the same diagnosis?

I’ve been seeing visual auras with no other migraine symptoms. They seem to coenside with some of my more problematic symptoms of depression (lack of motivation or interest, inability to focus) and dizziness. Are these just migraines? And is there anything I can do about it?

Dear Sir, I m having back pain and sensation in lower leg. Since last 4 month ... I m 32 year old and having weight 92 kg...I was wearing belt..which is some relaxation..but no relief without it...report says grade I anterolisthesis at L5.. kindly suggest.
