Pain at abdomen, back & below lungs area

Pain exist at abdomen, back side & below lungs area. This pain exist over a month, not able to concentrate & work anymore. Can you pl suggest the cause for this & any medication for the same?

I would advise you to visit the ER and get evaluated physically and undergo further investigations to find the underlying cause of the pain and have it treated accordingly. From the history alone a specific diagnosis is difficult so kindly visit the ER at the earliest.
