Sharp head pain

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I vomited my dinner 3 days ago and while I was vomiting, my head suddenly felt tight like it had been squeezed or kicked in. The pressure was/is very painful and for the past 3 days, everytime I bend forward and come back up a sharp pain occurs in my head. I'm worried this could be a tumor or something bad in general and I don't have insurance to se a doctor. It's almost like a swishing going on in my head when I bend and get back up and the pain is there. Please help.

I would advise you to go to the ER and get evaluated further. Your BP needs to be marked and noted. You will require further investigations such as CT?MRI to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly, with the history alone a specific diagnosis cannot be reached. Kindly visit the ER at the earliest.
