Basal Ganglia - Cystic Lesion

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Sir or Mam, I am a mother of two kids. For the Past few days, I have right sided upperlimb weakness and also severe Head pressure ( back side) and tingling sensation... Neck pain and lower back pain are there for more than a year...My recent MRI showed Basal ganglia lesion around 2.5 cm extending upto temporal lobe...How to proceed further... Please guide..
