Brain and Spine Problems

Feeling lump in Throat, pain in left side of throat, headeach, pain behind both ear Dizziness, Feeling like omitting, pain stomach

I had history of depression. I took medicine for same for 1.5 years. I'm again feeling stressed for like 3 months. I overthink a lot. I keep thinking about bad things that happened with me in past at night. I feel tired all day. There is a feeling of indigestion all day. It's like food is stuck in my throat. I had 2 panic/anxiety attacks within 15 days. I thought that it was related to heart. So I had my ECG done, it was normal. Still I am having pain in my chest for over a month now. Sometimes it radiates to my neck and left arm. I'm also having pain in my back. Sometimes there is a feeling like my nerve is stretching in my upper left arm. Sometimes it feels like I will die of heart disease. When I am about to sleep, sometimes my body gets sudden shock and sortness of breath. I sweat even if AC is running and temperature is cool. I get shocked when there is a sudden sound which I was not expecting. And sometimes my resting heart rate goes over 100 especially when I'm in a hot area.

My husband is suffering from anxiety attack since 2weeks.niw we will fly 30th may 2020 morning.if my husband will get anxiety attack in flight then how will i treat with it? As a suggestion if i know about any  medicine to treat it then it will helpful for me

I have vitamin b12 and vitamin - D deficiency     2 yrs back and now I have severe palms pain on hands and legs. whenever I wake up the pain is increasing more and i am doing exercise frequently to reduce that pain but its not reducing the pain. Kindly suggest me the tablets for around 10 days for palms on hands and legs pain after lockdown I will go and get blood test and  check up.

Greetings Doctor! In 2016, I was diagnosed with a possibility of Epilepsy. The trigger point was lack of sleep. I was keeping well since the last three years. But I had an attack last year, in the month of August and had an episode two days back. I have had a test done too, nothing conclusive was depicted. However, this time I have too much blisters on my tongue and have severely cut my tongue. Please help, let me know how to take this forward? My mom is suffering from disc problem, whenever I give heat therapy she is feeling pain and she used to say nerves are going up and she is ued to feel a lot at that time, sometimes even cry, she used to feel some good when I keep some ice at the painful place.
