Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor It's been almost 1 month since I have slept properly for 6 hours . I was given hormone tables for my irregular periods and from then I started getting uncomfortable in the night and I hardly sleep with difficulty at around 3 3.30 till 7. I have noticed that I've got lot of mood swings since then and cry a lot for almost everything. Now that I feel very tired and when I try sleeping even in the afternoon I'm not getting sleep and same repeats in the night. Can you please give me a clear picture on what is happening and how this should be treated.Thanks in advance.

My daughter mRI scan report sir. We had taken it because of her squint eyes. Pls explain it. is anything to worry .she is 14months old.

My wife is under treatment of lungs tb. But after 3 month medication she feels sever pain in back side. After MRI doctors diagnose bone tb in spine D10-11 . Doctor suggest full bead rest and same medicine of tuberculosis will continue. But after 25 days of medication no relief observed. Sever pain is continue on back side and sometimes pain spread in stomach side also. Please suggest me what to do for pain relief.

Dear sir/ Madam I have headache for 7 years. 2 months back i visited NIMHANS. I was advised eliwel 25 mg for 2 months and visit again. I was feeling better. Due to lockdown,i am unable to visit. Can i continue this medicine ? Also i can feel few new pit in my head. Please suggest.

Hello, My nephew is 8 years old and she is treated for palsy ( She is on medicine from 10 March to till now) but now she has sever headache along with vomting. Is this any serious problem?. I have also attached his medical details along with test. Thanks a lot in advance for your support

I have few episodes of throbbing severe pain in back of left side of head. It lasts for few seconds only then normal. No nausea or any pain at any other area of pain . No systemic illness .. No fever or any associated symptoms. Area of pain is slightly above n behind left ear.How can I relieve this pain ? I haven't tried OTC pain killers because pain was never lasting long but today it happened 3-4 times in a day.

Age 47, Male, Ht. 5'10', wt 82 kg Since last 4-5 weeks  after going to sleep  I awake in midnight due mild to moderate pain in palms of both arms. Feels like nerve compression somewhere .... Mild tingling/burning sensation in arm/fingers.  It's gets well when i get out of bed but again same happens while having  sleep of 2-3 hrs.....Due to this I wake 2 to 3 times in night...Try to sleep straight also and change pillow . There is no issue during day except mild stiffness sometimes..plz advise any medicine to treat this problem. Rest all is normal.  I don't have any other medical issue I am have taken pregab M 75 for 4-5 weeks as per Doctor advise.. Got little relief but the problem persists. I am regularly taking B12 tablet( Remylin D) 2-3 times in week . No other problems.
