Headache and vomiting
Why do I have severe headache and after vomiting i feel instant relief in my headache?  is this migraine ? abd when i have headache every montthen this is very sensitive to light and noise

With the description you have given ,it looks like a Migraine attack. however Migraine are of different types and there are many other primary headaches that have to ruled out and we need to take more history about your lifestyle, weight ,frequency / duration of your headaches ,number of days that you suffer in a month, triggers and any red flags of headache to put you on a comprehensive treatment.

Yes it can be migraine but we need to rule out other causes too. How did it start? How long you have been having it? Do u get it early in morning? Vomiting improves pain ? Any flashing lights seen? Any imaging done?
