Brain and Spine Problems

I have been taking anti depressants,anti anxiety and sleeping med since last few yrs. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia just 10 days back by a neurologist. I have been taking Duloxetine (30)(morning and night )since last 10 days and it's been working well.But when visited another neurologist he suggested I should take Maxgalin 75(pregablin)at night only and not take duloxetine at all. I am confused what should I take now?Which one is more likely effective?Which is more safe for the long term?

I frequently suffer from severe Headache only in half part of the head i.e. the left side, it causes pain in whole left side of the head, back side of the head, left side of the face including left eye, left jaw, and area around left ear and there's nothing on the right side of the head as if it is not a part of my body. Sometimes the pain is so severe that it causes vomiting sensations. What possibly could this be and what are some suggestions and treatment for relief?

Hi I have been having tingling feeling in my left toe and also feel some heaviness in the back of my neck and head. Also feel less strength in my left side than the right side. Is it to do with my posture or something else. I also have carpel tunell and taking neurokind plus for the past 30 days... will be grateful if someone can help during this lockdown period. Also feel some giddiness at times.

Hi I am currently at Belgium & suffering from giddiness for past 3 days. I consulted a doctor and prescribed for betaserc 16mg(instead of the first one in attachment) and all others as in attachment. After taking it for 2 days I don't see any improvement. The doctor said it will take atleast a week, even then no improvement, I should go for MRI. I need a second opinion. Can someone  please help ? My nose and throat is mild block. Slight headache as well. However, I don't have fever or cough. Can it be Covid19, should I go for test?

My wife has been suffering from burning feet at night in every summer for last some years. Too much heating happens and anxiety arises due to low blood circulation. She uses wet socks to cool it down 3-4 times in every night. What can we do for it?
