Brain and Spine Problems

I noticed my friend getting sudden shocks in body while sitting, working normaly. He told it's since childhood but I didn't find it normal. Even during sleep it's very common. The body suddenly reflexes as if some shock. Is this concerning and should we see a doctor immediately. Thinking whether to take risk right now going to hospital for consultation amidst covid outbreak.

I have been having neck tightness and tension for the Last 18 months and have developed a lot of eye strain since the last one year. The eye strain is very evident only when I have tension or tightness in the neck. I feel the strain even when I wear my glasses. When i don't have a lot of tension in the neck, I don't feel the eye strain. Are the neck muscles and eye connected. Is there any reason why the eye strain is more evident when I have neck tension

I recently got seizures after two years of medication free period my doc told me to start 1000 mg levera but lot of side effects can i take less dose of only 500mg medication and not 1000 mg

Back pain from lower back on left side down to ankle Aslo I have tingling sensation in my left leg when I stand

From past one month iam having body pains even in fingers and weakness in arms and legs and fatigue .unable to sleep from past 5 months ..

I had throbbing pain in head for 2-3 days.I had taken vertin 8mg 2 times.Now I dont have pulsing.but head heaviness and neck stiffness at back side of head especially while lying down it goes worse.what to do.

In 2013, suffered from brain haemorrhage. My father have severe migraine problem. Now he is complaining about loss of smell from quite long time. For relief from headache, he takes saridon. He is assuming that Loss of smell has some connection with his past brain haemorrhage.
