Brain and Spine Problems

I am having swallowing difficulty and some neck pain! Firstly I got tonsils then suddenly I developed difficulty swallowing food that I never had this issue before,I am suffering from this issue from 2 months FOUR ENT SAW ME , GAVE MEDICINES NOT MUCH RELIEF,MY EVERY TESTS DONE,BLOOD WORK CAME NORMAL, ENDOSCOPY REVEALED NOTHING JUST ESOPHAGITIS GRADE A AND I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING! BEFORE I HAD LOWER BACK PAIN FROM 1 YEAR AND I THINK THERE'S SOME CONNECTION BETWEEN TWO,...I never had any issue like this before,I suddenly developed difficulty swallowing please help me suggest some medicine for difficulty swallowing 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏...MY GASTROENTEROLOGIST SAID YOU MAY HAVE NERVE RELATED PROBLEM CAUSING THIS PROBLEM ! IF THIS IS TRUE THEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW IS THIS CURABLE?? I AM STRESSED UP TO NEXT LEVEL! MY AGE IS 18 YEARS

My mother has burning sensation in her whole body. The sensation is that of burning when the blood flows through the veins. During that time she has gas and feels thirsty. Earlier she used to have cold hands and feet when this happened. No blood sugar problem. No problem in USG of whole abdomen. Blood tests are okay. We started with a haematologist, then internal medicine and lastly now neurologist who said it might be anxiety neurosis or something like that. She still feels a little burning sensation now and then , even after taking medications. What can be the problem?

In the morning , i have seen my father is feeling difficulty in speech . Suddenly i have given strolin p and ecosprin 75mg . Now everything is fine . But i have concern about what to do next . In covid environment it is difficult to go outside.

Hello Doctor, My mother(aged 54 years) is suffering from migraine from almost 20 years.As suggested by some medical professionals,we got her MRI test in past which confirmed weak nerves following attack resulting in to weakness later. He is suffering from vericoz veins from last two years.. On 27 th july he has done his vericoz veins lazer surgery for his both legs.. Now he is able to walk.. With stockings... Without stockings he is feeling sone wkness in his legs... Now kindly inform us.. Does he take a bike ride now... If he does.. For how many hours he should take a ride... If doesn't.. After how many days he should drive a bike r car... Please clarify our doubt

I feel noises when I am lying on bed and about to go into sleep. Noise is like 'ccchhhh'. I hear it 2-3 times when i'm almost half in sleep. It is happening from 2-3 weeks now. I had sleep related issues from last 2-3 years and have consulted neurologists, as per them it is only stress. In the night I feel sleepy and normally sleep at 10-11pm but sometimes wake up again for 1-2 hours at 3,4 or 5 am. I have sinus so if I am oxygen deprived during night it causes migraine next morning but goes away after taking naxdom tablets. It may not be related as I'm not having migraines since last 1-2 months time now. Earlier it used to be once a month. That time I used to have anxiety also sometimes.
