Asked for Male, 90 Years

He is not able to move and support is needed.facing difficulty in swallowing On liquid food. Kidney and heart is normal. How to overcome this. He is on syndopa medicine 110 mg. Most of the day he will be sleepy or drowsiness. Sugar under control. Please direct us the way forward and do the needful.

For how long he is taking syndopa? Drowsiness could be due so many other reasons as Parkinson itself do not cause drowsiness. Get his serum sodium level checked
